I am kinda freaking out here. For the past few months, I’ve been drinking these instant tea packets because they’re just so easy to use you know? Just add hot water and done! No need for brewing or anything. But I started noticing some weird stuff lately. My stomach has been feeling really upset, like, almost churny after I drink them. And honestly, I was drinking like 3 packets a day because I thought I was being healthy, I mean, tea is good for you, right? I saw my doctor, and they suggested I might be reacting to something in the instant tea packets. I never thought, like, could there really be something toxic or harmful in these? I'm worried because I feel like every time I drink them, my energy crashes. Also, I never used to have this many stomach issues. Has anyone else had this issue with instant tea packets? Are there certain ingredients I should be looking out for? Or maybe I just need to cut down? I feel like I need to understand what’s actually in these instant tea packets so I can, you know, make a better choice. Any advice would be super helpful. Thanks!!
