I am really worried about this loose motion I've been dealing with. It started a few days ago after I had some street food, and it’s just been a nightmare. I feel like I’ve been running to the bathroom every few minutes, and it’s not just annoying, it's exhausting! I’ve tried some over-the-counter meds but they don’t seem to help much. I just keep wondering how to prevent loose motion at home because I can't take time off work like this. I mean, I’ve heard that probiotics can help, and I’ve been eating yogurt like crazy but I feel like nothing's changing. Also, is there anything else I can do, like specific foods to avoid or drinks to try? I read somewhere that dehydration can be another issue, so I’m making sure to drink water and coconut water, but I feel so lost on how to prevent loose motion at home! What are the main things I should focus on? Oh, and is it possible that stress is playing a role in this? I’ve been kinda anxious lately too.
