I am just really struggling with this constipation issue and heard somewhere that is isabgol good for constipation, but I'm not sure. Like, I've tried a bunch of things already, right? I mean, I eat lots of fiber and drink tons of water, but still no luck. Last week, I was at my friend's place and got super uncomfortable after a big meal, it was like my stomach was just rebelling against me! My mom mentioned isabgol, but I'm like, is isabgol good for constipation? I saw it in the store, it's the husk kind, but I've never actually used it before. Some online pages say it works miracles, but then others are like, "Eh, it’s just okay." A couple days ago, I gave it a try anyway, and mixed it with some water, but... honestly, wasn’t sure if I did it right? Should I take it before meals or after? Or does it even matter?
