I am really curious if pineapple is good for digestion because I’ve been having some stomach issues lately. Like, it all started a few weeks ago after I tried a new diet with more fruits and veggies, but my gut hasn’t felt great. A friend told me that pineapple contains bromelain, which supposedly helps with digestion. I’ve been eating pineapple almost every day now, thinking maybe it would help ease the bloating and discomfort, but I’m not sure if its really working or if it’s just my mind playing tricks on me, you know? I read somewhere that pineapple is good for digestion, but I also heard it can sometimes upset your stomach too? I feel like I’m stuck in this weird cycle. Sometimes I wonder if I’m overdoing it. Like, is pineapple good for digestion outright or are there limits? Should I keep eating it? Can I mix it with other foods without messing things up more?
