I am really worried about my health lately. I got diagnosed with fatty liver a few months ago after feeling super bloated and tired all the time. My doctor said I should focus on diet changes, and I keep hearing about different juices that can help. Someone mentioned that is mosambi juice good for fatty liver, but I don't know if that's legit or just another health fad. I tried drinking it once, and honestly, I kinda liked the taste, but I'm kinda skeptical if it actually does anything for my liver. I mean, it’s citrus, which is usually good for detoxing and all, right? But does it really fight against the fatty liver stuff? Are there any studies backing this up? I read somewhere that too much sugar can be bad, and isn't mosambi juice pretty sweet? I'm also trying not to overload on calories, so I wanna make sure I’m doing the right thing here. Has anyone tried this or can share if is mosambi juice good for fatty liver in their experience? I've been cutting out alcohol and trying my best to eat healthier, but sometimes I just feel confused about what really works. Any info would be super helpful, thanks!
