I am super confused and honestly a bit worried about my diet since I got pregnant. I came across something about sabja seeds, you know, those tiny black seeds? They’re supposed to be really hydrating and nutritious. I’ve been drinking sabja water every day because it's refreshing, especially in this crazy heat! But then someone said I should be careful and that maybe can we drink sabja water during pregnancy isn't safe. I mean, like what?? Are they toxic or something? I haven't had any unusual symptoms or anything, but now I'm thinking, do I need to stop? I thought it was just a natural thing to do, you know. Plus, it’s supposed to help with digestion, which has been an issue for me. But what if it’s also causing issues? I’ve read mixed things online about it. Some people swear by it, but others seem really against it. I even tried asking my doctor, but they kinda brushed it off. Like, they didn't really give me a clear answer. Can we drink sabja water during pregnancy or not? Has anyone else dealt with this? Am I overthinking it? Would love any advice from you all!
