does mosambi have vitamin c - #24983
I am kinda confused about this mosambi thing. Last week, I was chatting with my friend who swears by this fruit for vitamin C. I mean, she's always talking about how great it is and how it can boost your immune system. I went to the store, and saw mosambi, also known as sweet lime, and thought maybe I should give it a try, but I've got this nagging question in my mind: does mosambi have vitamin C? I've heard so many people say it has loads of benefits and that it could even help with skin glow, but then I'm like, are they just hype-ing it up? I bought a bag and squeezed some for a drink, but now I'm thinking maybe it wasn't enough? I read that citrus fruits are typically packed with vitamin C, but is mosambi really one of those? I mean, does it have more vitamin C than, say, oranges? And, if I want to use mosambi for a health boost, how much should I really be consuming to feel any effect? Or is it just better to stick with those typical vitamin C sources? I can’t help but wonder if there’s more to this mosambi fruit than meets the eye. Do you guys think it’s worth making a regular part of my diet?
