I am feeling pretty overwhelmed lately and not in a good way. For the last few weeks, I've been experiencing, like, this constant feeling of warmth in my body, especially at night. It’s not just the typical warm feeling either—it’s more like actual excess heat coming from within, and it's driving me nuts! I’ve tried different things, like drinking tons of water and sleeping in lighter clothes, but nothing seem to work. I’m often burning up and this weird sweaty feeling is really getting in the way of my life.
