I am feeling kinda frustrated here. For the past few months, I've been trying to stick to a healthy diet and exercise, but the weight just isn't budging! I heard that drinking green tea can help with weight loss, like, maybe it speeds up metabolism or something? I've even switched to green tea instead of my usual coffee in the mornings, hoping that does something! But here’s the thing: I drink it pretty much every day and I don't see much difference yet.
