I am really confused about this whole thing with apple cider vinegar. I started hearing about how is apple cider vinegar good for health and all that, but honestly, I don't know what to believe anymore. I tried some for a week after hearing it helps with weight loss and digestion, but I ended up with a horrible stomachache! Like, really bad. It made me feel nauseous, but then I read somewhere that maybe I was using too much? I'm not sure. My friend says it helped her with her bloating, and she's been raving about the benefits. But does that mean is apple cider vinegar good for health, or is it just hype? I also got some weird side effects, like my throat felt kind of raw after, and I read that can happen too. If it is really so good, why would that happen? Is it like one of those things that work for some people but not others? It just feels like there's so much info out there, and I can’t keep it straight. Can anyone clarify this for me? Like, is apple cider vinegar actually a good thing for most people, or should I ditch it completly? Would love to hear some thoughts!!
