I am really curious about drinking abc juice daily. Like, I've read so much about the benefits and how people say it really boosts your health, makes your digestion better, and all of that. But then, I started drinking it, and at first, I felt pretty good. But after a week or so, I noticed I began having some weird stomach cramps. Honestly, I'm thinking is it caused by drinking abc juice daily? I mean, I tried incorporating other healthy stuff too, like more fruits and veggies, but the cramps didn’t go away. Sometimes I wonder if it could be too much of something good? I use apple, beet, and carrot, but maybe im mixing too much fiber or sugar? I saw some posts saying you should like cycle it or watch how much of it you drink when starting? but I just thought drinking abc juice daily would be simple and beneficial, you know? I've been gettin a bit bloated too, and im scared that I’m doing something wrong by drinking abc juice daily! Should I keep it up, or is there a chance this juice is actually messing with my tummy? Got me all confused and frustrated. Help!
