I am really curious if is it good to drink soaked raisins water everyday, cause I've been hearing about it all over the place! A few weeks ago, I started soaking raisins overnight and drinking that water in the morning. I read that it might be great for digestion and maybe even for boosting energy. Honestly, I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish lately, and I thought this might help. Some friends swear by it, but I also heard from another buddy that drinking too much can upset your stomach. You know, I tried it for about a week and at times felt a bit more energetic, but I also had some bloating which got me worried. I did a quick googling session last night and found mixed opinions. Is it really beneficial or could there be any downsides? Like, how much soaking is too much?
