I am kinda worried about my weight lately, and I heard that roasted chana is good for weight loss. I’ve been snacking on roasted chana instead of chips or other junk food, you know? Like, I read somewhere that it helps boost metabolism and curbs hunger. I've replaced my afternoon snacks with it, but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right.
