I am really confused about something. I’ve been trying to eat healthier, and I read somewhere that jaggery is a healthier alternative to sugar, right? But now I’m worried that will jaggery increase weight. Like, I’ve swapped out regular sugar in my tea for jaggery and sometimes use it in my desserts.
