I am really stressed out about my blood circulation lately. I’ve noticed my hands and feet getting colder, and I keep getting these weird tingling sensations, especially at night. My friend mentioned that diet might help, and now I’m super curious about which foods improve blood circulation. Like, I don’t even know where to start! Are there specific foods I should be eating or avoiding? I’ve been trying to eat a little healthier, but it's tough when you don't know what actually makes a difference. I read somewhere that fatty fish could be good, and I love salmon, but should I just be munching on that all the time? I also heard about beets and oranges – I kinda like the idea of snacking on oranges, but do they really help with blood circulation? What about spices like turmeric or ginger? I love those, too! Should I be adding more of them into my meals or just relying on healthier things in general? Ugh, it's just frustrating not knowing what will actually help. Any advice on which foods improve blood circulation that I can really include in my daily meals would mean a lot!
