I am 19 years old and naturally very skinny. I feel that my breast size is very small compared to my body, and I wanted medical guidance about whether this is normal at my age. Can breast size still naturally increase after this age? Are there any safe ways to improve breast fullness or development through nutrition, exercise, hormones, or other treatments? Should I get any hormone or health tests done? My periods are heavy and sometimes irregular. Should i take enlargement pills? I feel insecure around girls my age.They look healthier and i look flat, gets mocked.ive tried.Taking mass gainer and shatavari , it didn't work
