I am really worried right now because I’ve been dealing with this awful loose motion for the last two days. It all started after I ate this fish taco from a food truck that didn’t seem very clean. At first, I thought it was just my stomach acting up, but now I'm in the bathroom every hour, and it's only getting worse. I've tried drinking tons of water because I heard dehydration can happen fast, but I'm not sure what to eat when u have loose motion. I've read some random stuff online about bananas and rice, but I’m not super clear on what's actually good and what’s not. Should I stick to broth, or is that too much too? Also, is yogurt safe, or will that just mess things up more? I mean, what can I really handle right now? I can’t even think straight with this situation, and I’m kind of freaking out because I have plans for the weekend. Like, do I need to avoid all dairy for now? I just don't want to make it worse, u know? What do you all recommend eating when u have loose motion? I really need some solid advice here. Thanks!
