I am really worried about my health lately. A few months back, I started feeling super tired, and my skin was itching for no reason. Turns out, my doctor said I might have some sort of liver issue, but he didn’t get too deep into what that means. Then, I got some tests done, and my liver enzymes were higher than normal. Now I’m freaking out, and I keep searching online for how to treat liver disease. Every article is like “eat this” or “avoid that” but nobody talks about what actually works! Like, I wanna know how to treat liver disease effectively. I’ve cut down on drinking, but sometimes I just feel lost, y'know?
