is amla good for digestion - #23630
I am just trying to figure out if amla is good for digestion because I’ve been having these stomach issues for a while now. Last month, I started feeling super bloated and uncomfortable after meals, and even had some weird cramping. A friend of mine mentioned using amla, you know, the Indian gooseberry, for digestion, and I thought, hey, why not give that a try? I found some amla powder at an Indian grocery store, but I’m not sure how to use it. Is amla good for digestion? Like, what’s the best way to incorporate it into my diet? I’ve read that it can help with digestive problems, but then I also found some forum posts saying it might not be for everyone. I tried taking some capsules for a week but didn’t notice much. I wonder if it takes time or if I should’ve tried the powder or juice instead. Amla has these antioxidants and stuff, and I wanna know if those really help or is it just hype? Any tips on the best dosage or recipes? Really hope this amla thing is good for digestion cause I could use some relief, ugh!
