I mean, I initially thought it was just a health kick, but then I started reading about how it might affect liver functions. I’ve been having 1 to 2 glasses a day for the past week. At first, I felt pretty good, but then I heard some people say you can overdo it. Sometimes my stomach feels a bit uneasy, and I’m not sure if that's related to the beetroot juice. I love how it looks, that vibrant red, but I'm starting to worry about my intake. I’ve read mixed things online—some say it’s great for long-term use, while others raise concerns about nitrates. Can we take beetroot juice daily without worrying about side effects? Oh, and I've also noticed my urine turns pinkish sometimes, so is that normal or a bad sign?
