I am trying to figure out if can we eat beetroot daily because my diet has been pretty bland lately, and I heard beetroots are superhealthy. A week ago, I decided to add more veggies to my meals, and beetroots were at the top of my list because they're supposed to be rich in vitamins, right? I cooked some with a bit of olive oil and garlic, and oh man, I actually liked it! But then I started wondering about the whole daily thing. Can we eat beetroot daily without any issues? I mean, I’ve heard mixed opinions about it. My friend told me that eating too much can mess with your digestion, but my nutritionist said they’re great for detoxing. I’ve also read somewhere that it can lower blood pressure, which is cool for my dad, as he has hypertension. Anyway, should I be cautious about something if can we eat beetroot daily? Like, are there any side effects or something I should know about? I’m trying to stay healthy but not overdo it, you know?
