And, like, I love how they swell up in water, but I've read some stuff saying they can be messy if you don’t prepare them right. Can we eat sabja seeds daily and still be okay with our stomachs? I also found different opinions online—some say it’s safe while others say to have them in moderation. I've only been having a spoonful or two a day, but I’m worried maybe that’s too much?
