sugarcane is heat or cold for body - #23798
I am really confused about whether sugarcane is heat or cold for body. A few days ago, I started feeling super lethargic and dehydrated, like my body was heating up from the inside. A friend suggested I try juicing some sugarcane, saying it’s great for cooling down. But then I read something online that claimed sugarcane is actually heating for the body? Like, why would my friend recommend it if it's heat? I drank some sugarcane juice and initially felt great, but then I started sweating like crazy afterward, which made me feel even more unsure. I’m worried that I’m making things worse! I did some tests and my doctor mentioned my electrolytes were off but didn't really say much about my diet. Can eating too much sugarcane really change your body temp or make you feel overheated? Am I supposed to drink sugarcane juice every day if it’s actually cold for body? Or should I just toss it out of my diet entirely? I just can't tell anymore, and all of this is kinda stressing me out! Would love to hear your thoughts on sugarcane being heat or cold for body!
