I am feeling kinda confused and honestly a little overwhelmed about my weight loss journey. I love fruit and someone mentioned jamun last week when we were talking about healthy eating. I thought it was only good for its sweetness, but then I heard someone say that is jamun good for weight loss? Like, really? Because I’ve been trying to steer clear of stuff that doesn’t actually help shed those pounds. I've read a few articles that said jamun could help with digestion and even regulate blood sugar levels, but is that true? I’ve been adding it to my morning smoothies and it tastes great, but I can’t help but wonder – is jamun good for weight loss after all? My last check with the scale was kinda disappointing, and I really want something that works. Also, should I be cautious about the quantity? Like, is it easy to overdo it with jamun? I wanna make the most of what I eat but I really need to know if is jamun good for weight loss or is it just another fruit with too much sugar?
