I am really confused about how many jamun fruit to eat in a day. A few weeks ago, I started eating jamun because I heard it could help with my blood sugar levels — I mean, I’ve been trying to manage my prediabetes, and the doctor suggested incluirng more fruits like jamun. But here’s the thing! I read one article that says, eating up to 10 jamun a day is great, then another one mentions, 5 is enough, and honestly, my head is spinning with all these numbers. Plus, I’ve noticed that when I snack on jamun, my stomach feels a bit funny, like a mix of cramps and light bloating... I’m not sure if that’s normal. I tried eating just 3 or 4 a day for a week and didn’t see much change, but maybe I wasn’t eating enough?? I’m just worried that I might be overdoing it if I eat too many jamun fruit — like am I gonna end up with digestive issues or something worse? Can too much jamun even affect my blood sugar instead of helping it? Really wanna get this right! How many jamun fruit to eat in a day without risking any side effects and actually benefiting from them? I mean, I'm just looking to balance things out here. Any advice would be super helpful!
