I am really confused about how to take shilajit for weight loss! A couple months ago, I started this new fitness journey, and I heard so much about shilajit being this miracle thing for losing weight. I bought some online without really knowing the first thing about it, just figured I’d give it a try, right? But like, I just mix it in water, or am I supposed to do something else? I’ve been trying to follow all the guidelines I could find, but seriously, are there different versions of how to take shilajit for weight loss? I read somewhere that too much can be bad, and I’m worried about that! Sometimes I think I’m just overthinking, but I want to use it safely and effectively. Also, is there a best time to take it, or should I be changing doses as I go along? Been feeling a little weird some days after taking it, like a bit lightheaded? And what if it doesn’t even work?! I really wanna lose these extra pounds, and it’s frustrating! Any advice or tips from anyone who has experience with how to take shilajit for weight loss would be super helpful! Thanks a lot!
