I am really confused about this whole shilajit and ashwagandha thing. A couple weeks ago, I started feeling super tired and stressed because of work and other stuff, and my friend suggested I try these two supplements. I read online that both shilajit and ashwagandha have great benefits for energy and stress relief, but can I take shilajit and ashwagandha together? Like, would that be safe? I don't wanna mix them if that's gonna mess something up. Also, I've noticed I've been having some weird stomach issues, and I don't know if it's related to these supplements or what. I haven't really taken any other supplements before, so I'm kinda new to all this. I saw somewhere that shilajit can boost energy, which sounds nice, but I don't want to end up feeling more anxious if ashwagandha interacts in a weird way, you know? Like, can I take shilajit and ashwagandha together? Has anyone here tried them at the same time? I just need to know if this combo is okay. I'm really hoping they can help me out without causing more problems.
