I am kind of lost on this whole weight loss journey, and I'm hoping someone can help. A month ago, I just decided I needed to change my life a bit, you know? I’ve been doing yoga at home for like 4-5 days a week and I really love the practice! But I’m not sure if it's enough. I’ve read about how to lose weight by yoga in 1 month but honestly, I’m not seeing the scale budge much unless I eat super strict. My friends said yoga helps with flexibility and strength – which it totally does – but how to lose weight by yoga in 1 month seems like everyone’s talking about but no one really explains it well. I've even tried a video for vinyasa flow that had like three sun salutations in a row and I was sweating buckets! But then I get confused because, like, should I focus on yoga and skip other workouts? I do cardio sometimes, but it feels almost pointless? Also, what about diet—I mean, can I still have my occasional glass of wine and cheese night? Ugh, I just want to lose a few pounds before my friend’s wedding in a month and I thought yoga would help.
