I am feeling really confused about this whole thing with shilajit. I heard my friend say that shilajit is some kind of super supplement, but I just don’t get it. Like, what is use of shilajit anyway? Last week, I was at my local health food store and saw some on the shelf. There was this big sign saying it can boost energy and support overall health, which sounded cool, but is it legit? I’ve been dealing with these fatigue issues, and I've tried everything! You know, just the usual vitamins and stuff. But what if shilajit could help? I read some articles online – some claim it has tons of minerals and can even improve brain function. But who knows if those claims are true? My sister said it’s been used for centuries in Ayurveda, which is interesting but I’m not sure how that applies to modern life? Like, people today are way different than hundreds of years ago, right? Plus, is it safe? Can I take it with my other medications? I wanna know what is use of shilajit from someone who actually knows! Anyway, any insights would be awesome, tired of feeling foggy all the time. Thanks!!
