ashwagandha or shilajit which is better - #24052
I am really confused about something and hope someone here can help. I've been hearing a lot about ashwagandha and shilajit and I can't figure out ashwagandha or shilajit which is better for me. A few months ago, I started feeling super stressed out and anxious. A friend recommended ashwagandha, saying it really helped him calm down. I tried it for a while, and I think it did help some, but I still had moments where I'd feel super overwhelmed. Then I read about shilajit, with all its supposed benefits for energy and mood. My energy levels are up and down all the time, and I thought maybe shilajit could give me a boost, but now I'm just more lost. Some websites say ashwagandha or shilajit which is better for stress relief, while others claim shilajit is more about overall vitality. Are both of these safe to take together? Or might one work better for stress and the other for energy? I guess I just want to know, for calming my constant anxiety, should I stick with ashwagandha or try shilajit? What do you guys think? It’s tough trying to figure this out.
