I am really confused about something and hope you guys can help. I’ve always loved pomegranates but I started hearing that eating them on an empty stomach might not be good for you?? Like, I've been snacking on them first thing in the morning because I thought they were super healthy and full of vitamins!! But then one day, my friend who’s into health stuff told me that can we eat pomegranate on empty stomach is a big no-no because it can lead to tummy aches or something?? Ugh, I never thought about that before! I mean, I get these weird cramps sometimes, and I wonder if that could be linked. I also tried researching it but there's a lot of mixed info out there. Some say yes, you can eat pomegranates in the morning, and others say avoid them. Like, seriously, can we eat pomegranate on empty stomach without risking any digestive issues? Am I just overthinking this? I feel like I need to hear it from someone who knows for sure! Any advice would be super appreciated!!!
