can you lose weight with yoga - #25153
I am really confused about my weight loss journey and wanted to get some insights. I started practicing yoga a few months ago, mainly to help with my stress and flexibility. But, like, I really want to know, can you lose weight with yoga? I’ve been doing some online classes, and I feel good afterward, but I don’t see much change on the scale. Some days, it seems like my belly’s still there, like it’s not budging. I've tried different styles too, from vinyasa to hatha, thinking that maybe more intense classes would help, but still, the weight part isn’t shifting much. I kinda thought yoga would be a good thing for weight loss, you know, like a calming way to trim down. I eat pretty healthy - or at least I think I do - but I feel like the scale just refuses to move. Can you lose weight with yoga only, or do I need to mix it with something else, like cardio or strength training? I feel like I might be missing something essential here. Anyone else been in this spot? What worked for you? Just looking for some advice or insight really!
