I am seriously curious about this mosambi thing for weight loss. I mean, last month I decided to get healthier and started working out and eating better. I came across mosambi, also known as sweet lime, and I was like, wow, this thing looks refreshing. I tried it in my smoothies and sometimes just eat it plain, but now I'm wondering, is mosambi good for weight loss or am I just fooling myself? I did read that it has some vitamins and stuff, but like how much does that really help? Sometimes I feel like I'm not losing any weight, and maybe I'm not eating the right things. Is mosambi good for weight loss or is it just another fruit that people hype up? I thought maybe the fiber could help me feel full, but I don’t know if that’s enough to really make a difference. Plus, my friend mentioned something about mosambi juice, and whether that could be effective too? I'm kinda lost here; should I focus more on the mosambi or stick to other fruits? Might it be beneficial or just a waste of calories? Anyone out there have thoughts on whether is mosambi good for weight loss?
