when to take shilajit capsule - #24156
I am confused about when to take shilajit capsule. I've been hearing a lot about how great shilajit is for energy and overall health. Last week, I started taking it because I felt really sluggish and drained all the time. I noticed my friend who takes shilajit capsule swears it helps him with his workouts and recovery too. But like, I'm not working out too much these days, more just trying to get through my day-to-day without being completely wiped out by 3 PM. I took one this morning before breakfast—maybe that was too early? Should I take shilajit capsule with food or is it better on an empty stomach? I read somewhere that timing matters, but I just don’t know what to believe! My brother mentioned taking it before going to bed helps with sleep, but that kinda seems contradictory? If shilajit is for energy, wouldn’t taking it at night keep me awake? I guess I’m wondering, when to take shilajit capsule really makes a difference, especially since I'm hoping it boosts my energy without turning me into a total insomniac.
