I am just trying to figure this out — is kasuri methi good for health? Like, I've been experimenting with my cooking lately and one of my friends recommended it. I started adding it to my dishes, especially curries and it smells amazing! But then I got a bit curious about the health benefits. My mom used to always say that certain herbs are good for digestion, but I never paid much attention until now. The other day, I was feeling super bloated and thought maybe kasuri methi could help? I heard it’s used in ayurvedic medicine and all, but I’m not too sure how effective it really is. Also, I've read that it might help with things like blood sugar or digestive issues — but is kasuri methi good for health when it comes to things like weight loss? I mean, I’m not trying to dive into any trendy diet, just want to feel better. Should I be cautious before using it daily or are there any side effects?
