I am really trying to figure out how many gooseberry to eat in a day because I heard they're super healthy but I have no idea how much is too much! The other day, I was at this market, saw these fresh gooseberries and thought, why not? I ended up buying a whole bunch, thinking they looked so cute and tasty. Anyway, I started munching on them throughout the day and felt great at first. But then I was like, wait, am I overdoing it here? Like, how many gooseberry to eat in a day is considered normal, ya know? My friend said they can be a bit tart so go easy, but I couldn't stop!
