I am really curious about whether is dried amla good for health? I mean, I've heard a lot of buzz around it. A friend of mine swears by it, says she takes it daily and feels more energetic, but honestly, I just don't know. I tried eating some myself, and it was super sour, kind of weird! Anyway, for the past few months, I've been dealing with some digestion issues—nothing severe but enough to make me feel uncomfortable sometimes, like bloating and occasional heartburn. When I shared this with my family, my aunt suggested I try dried amla, saying it does wonders for digestion. However, I'm skeptical, because how can something that tastes like that really help? Also, I read somewhere that it can be high in Vitamin C, but like, is that even true? And does it work better fresh or in the dried form??
