I am confused about when to take ashwagandha tablet because I've heard different things from friends and online, and quite frankly, it's kinda overwhelming. My cousin started taking it for stress, and she swears by it! I deal with anxiety a lot, especially at work, and thought maybe this could help me too. I tried taking it in the morning at first, but I felt jittery, which is weird since they say ashwagandha is supposed to chill you out, right? Then I switched to the evening, hoping that would work better, but I’m still not sure. The bottle says take one tablet daily, but does it matter if it's before or after food, or when during the day? I read somewhere that the best time to take ashwagandha tablet is right before bed, and honestly, I did feel more relaxed that night. But then I thought what if I need the effects during the day? Is it okay to split the dose or something? I just wanna get the most out of this ashwagandha tablet thing without feeling all weird. Anyone has solid advice on when to take ashwagandha tablet?
