amla is good for health - #24374
I am 30-year-old and I’ve been dealing with some health issues lately—mainly digestive problems and low energy. My friend recommended that I try amla, saying that amla is good for health and can help with a bunch of things, including boosting immunity and digestion. I started taking amla capsules a couple of weeks ago, and I can't tell if it’s really helping or if I'm just hoping for the best. I’ve read that amla is good for health, especially for improving skin and hair as well, but I haven't noticed a big change in those areas yet either. Sometimes I even forget to take them, and I’m worried that I’m not giving it enough time to work. Should I stick with this? Or do I need to incorporate other things? I feel like I should probably look into how much amla is good for health or even if I should be eating the raw fruit instead of just the capsules. Maybe it's too soon to see results? It’s frustrating because I want to feel better. Anyone else had a similar experience with amla? Would love any tips on how long it might take to see some benefits or if there's a better way to use it!
