I am really curious about this whole beetroot juice thing, like is it good to drink beetroot juice daily? A month ago, I started feeling kinda lethargic all the time, and my friend suggested beetroot juice. I tried it, and wow, I felt a boost in my energy! But then I started wondering more about it. I've read mixed things online. Some say it's great for blood pressure and stamina, while others warn about too much sugar. Like, the first week I had it every morning but then I thought maybe it was too much? Is it good to drink beetroot juice daily, or should I limit myself? Also, I’ve noticed the color of my pee changed, which is kind of freaky! There were even some studies about how beetroot helps with workout recovery and everything. Would love to hear from you all if more than a glass a day is okay or if I should cut back? What if I just like really crave it? Is it good to drink beetroot juice daily for a long time, or should I switch it up? Any advice would be super helpful!
