which fruit juice is good for weakness - #24552
I am feeling really weak lately, like all the energy has just drained out of me, and I don't know why! I tried resting more, but I could use some help figuring out which fruit juice is good for weakness. I’ve been drinking orange juice thinking the vitamin C might help, but honestly, it seems like it’s not cutting it. A friend told me maybe something like pomegranate juice is better or even beet juice, but who knows? I’ve never tried beet juice before, and honestly, the thought of it kinda weirds me out. I just want to feel more energized!!! I’ve also heard about apple juice being good as well, but again, is it really effective? I mean, like does anybody actually feel better after drinking these juices, or is this more just a myth? My diet's not terrible, I think, but I could use a smoothie or something too. Can anyone share which fruit juice is good for weakness that they've actually seen work for them? I’m just looking for something that might boost my energy, ya know? Anyway, thanks for any help!!!
