which is better for weight loss chia seeds or sabja seeds - #24667
I am trying to figure out which is better for weight loss, chia seeds or sabja seeds. I’ve been doing some research because I’ve been on this weight loss journey for a few months now. I heard about chia seeds and thought, hey, they might help with my cravings and all. But then my friend told me to check out sabja seeds too, claiming they’re even better! I’ve noticed that when I eat these seeds, I feel more full, but I’m not sure if one is more effective than the other for weight loss. I mean, both have fiber, right? But like, which is better for weight loss? Chia seeds are more popular, but sabja seeds are kinda trendy now. I tried mixing both into my smoothies and they don’t taste bad, but I want to know which one I should focus on. Is it just a preference thing or is there a real difference in how they work for weight management? If anyone has experienced actual results from focusing on one over the other for weight loss, please share! I could really use the help as im still figuring this all out. Thanks in advance!
