I am really confused about how to use apple vinegar. A few weeks ago, I started feeling bloated and kinda uncomfortable after meals, like, it was pretty annoying. My friend swears by apple vinegar for these things, saying it helps with digestion and all. So, I thought I’d give it a try, but I have no clue how to use apple vinegar properly! Should I drink it straight or mix it with something? Some online sources say I should dilute it in water, and others mention adding honey. Just yesterday I tried mixing a couple teaspoons in water, but honestly, the taste was way stronger than I expected! Ugh. Also, I read somewhere that apple vinegar can do more than just help with bloating—like weight loss or skin benefits? Do I need to take it daily or just when I'm feeling off? How to use apple vinegar without overdoing it or causing any side effects? I don’t wanna mess this up, especially if there are risks. Any tips or tricks would be super helpful!
