I am really curious about the benefits of fenugreek water. My friend kept raving about this stuff, saying it helped her with weight loss and digestion. I thought, okay, sounds interesting, so I tried soaking fenugreek seeds in water overnight and drinking it in the morning. But honestly, I’m not sure if I’m doing it right.
