I am struggling with my weight lately and have read so much about the "best drink for weight loss" but I'm confused. Last month, I did a detox where I added lemon to my water every morning, which was refreshing, but I didn’t see any results. My friend swears by green tea being the best drink for weight loss, but I don’t really like the taste. I tried the apple cider vinegar thing too, but wow, that is just...yucky! Do you think the "best drink for weight loss" needs to taste good, or should I just force myself until my body gets used to it? I guess I'm searching for something that doesn’t make me gag.
