I am dealing with some weight issues and have been looking into natural remedies. A friend mentioned shatavari and told me that is shatavari good for weight loss? I decided to do a bit of my own research but couldn’t find anything super clear. A few weeks ago, I started feeling really bloated and sluggish, and on top of that, my cravings for sweets have been out of control!
