I am really curious about something. For the past few months, I've been feeling pretty drained, especially after workouts. Still, I'd like to know, does shilajit increase stamina for everyone? My workouts have still been tough, and I want to know if others had the same experience. Also, I’ve noticed some weird heavy feeling in my body sometimes after taking it—is that normal? I really want to get back to my old self and power through my runs without feeling like I hit a wall!
