I am kinda confused about something here and really hope someone can help. I've been trying to lose some weight for a few months but it's just not happening as fast as I thought it would. I heard that does soya chunks help in weight loss? I mean, I love vegetarian food and my friend swears by them! She said they’re great for protein and keep you full longer. I tried them in some stir-fries and honestly, I feel like I might be snacking more! Like, does soya chunks help in weight loss or are they just making me think I'm doing better? I even checked the nutrition labels and there’s quite a bit of fiber, but what if that just makes me hungry? I don’t know, some days I feel bloated after eating them too. Is that normal? Yesterday I had a big bowl, and today I'm feeling like I should have just gone with plain veggies instead. I keep wondering, does soya chunks really help in weight loss or is it just hype? Could eating too many actually be counterproductive? Any tips on how to incorporate them the right way would be super helpful!
