I am really curious about something that’s been on my mind a lot lately. Last month, I started feeling super sluggish and tried to change my diet a bit. My friend mentioned how amazing sugarcane juice is, so I got some and now I’m kind of obsessed with it! I mean, it tastes SO good, plus it’s refreshing, right? But then, I started wondering, is it good to drink sugarcane juice everyday? Like, I’ve read that it has vitamins and minerals and might even help with digestion. But I also came across some articles saying it’s high in sugar. Soooo confusing! Some days I’m guzzling down a glass after my workout and feeling great, but then I worry about the sugar part, like, am I just adding unnecessary calories? I’m def trying to be healthier, but honestly, I’m just not sure if sugarcane juice fits into that chicken. Is it good to drink sugarcane juice everyday if I’m also watching my sugar intake? I mean, anyone here do this regularly and feel good about it? What do you all think?
