I am really confused about something and hoping you can help me out. Lately, I’ve been feeling super hot all the time, like my body is on fire! I live in a pretty warm climate, and it’s been getting worse with the summer. I’ve tried drinking water, but honestly, I don't think it's enough. My Aunt mentioned something about juices, she swears that certain juices can help with cooling down a heat body. But, which juice is good for heat body? I’ve tried coconut water before, but I heard that there might be better options. My friend said watermelon juice also does wonders, but I’m skeptical. I honestly never paid attention to that before, and now I feel like I want to know so much more. I’ve heard things like orange juice or even cucumber juice can help with this too! Are there any specific recommendations? Is it better to go for fresh juices, or do store-bought juices count? I don’t want to waste time on the wrong kinds or anything that might actually be bad for a heat body. It's so frustrating because I just want to feel normal without overheating all the time.
